Penn's Care ^= Penis Care

We drove with my son in Pennsylvania and to kill time I asked him to correct my pronunciation.  We saw a traffic sign, I read loud and he corrected. Next one was "Penn's Care"... From the distance I confused "'" with "i", so I read "Penis Care"...
